If I were to buy GW NightFall, would i have access to the Assassin or Ritualist?

you don't have acces to assassin or ritualist as primary professions
but you can make a secondary profession of it

no you cant.

the only thing you can get is razah the ritualist hero, but he will be limited in his skills.

The only way you can get Assassin or Ritualist as either your primary or secondary profession is to have factions on your account. You can't be either with Nightfall (or Prophecies) alone.
